Connect in Recovery
Life Adventure Center invites individuals in the recovery community and their family (6yrs+) to experience the outdoors, build resilience, and connect with their family and the local recovery community! Anyone who supports individuals in recovery is also warmly welcomed and encouraged to register. This project was made possible by the Woodford County ASAP Board.

Join us at 570 Milner Rd. March 17th, April 7th, and April 21st, and April 28th.
These family-friendly events are free to families with folks in recovery and their families (kids 6+). Each event will include a light dinner from 5:00 – 5:30 p.m., followed by facilitated activities including equine, low ropes course & archery, canoeing & nature connection, and the climbing wall and zipline. Life Adventure Center provides all supplies needed for activities, a light dinner, and hydration for each event.
Anyone who supports individuals in recovery is also warmly welcomed and encouraged to register.
While we offer individual registrations per event, we encourage you to attend all events if possible. The week prior to each event our staff will reach out via email to share specific details about what to wear/expect for the day. This project was made possible by the Woodford County ASAP Board.
