Happening December 20th – 22nd
Come join us on our beautiful 575-acre campus for an exciting Winter Adventure Camp experience! This is a 3-day camp filled with adventure, learning, building resilience, and FUN!
Your camper will have opportunities to build personal resilience and connect with other campers through various activities on our property including challenge course, archery, mindfulness, equine, and other fun camp activities. All activities are intentionally sequenced to help your camper build resilience, connection, and communication skills.
These are then debriefed with our trained facilitators to help your child connect the experiences with real life.
Drop-off is from 8:00AM – 8:30AM and Pick-up is from 4:00PM – 4:30PM. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
We believe in making our programming accessible to as many people as possible and have scholarships available! Please fill out the form located here and submit to Bethany Ore, our Program Registrar, at bethany@lifeadventurecenter.org
Our trained staff will intentionally sequence resilience building programs to best meet your campers’ individual needs. We will communicate specific details about any gear or extra items we recommend bringing roughly 2 weeks prior to your on-site experience. For the length of camp, we recommend your camper wearing clothes they are comfortable moving around in and wouldn’t mind getting dirty. Close-toed shoes are required for all Challenge Course and Equine activities. We recommend bringing a refillable water bottle and sunscreen daily. As always, any activity on our property is challenge by choice meaning we will support your campers’ unique goals and welcome them to participate at whatever level is right for them. Please feel free to ask any additional questions or share any relevant information prior to your camper joining us onsite.
