The Program Director develops, manages, and oversees program design, program delivery, outcomes, staff recruitment, staff training, staff evaluation and client group relationships. The ideal Program Director will be a proven adventure therapy, outdoor education, or camp professional who is passionate about:
Program development and oversight includes overnight and day retreats and day and residential camps using challenge course initiatives (both low and high ropes), equine assisted learning/psychotherapy, canoeing, swimming, archery, and mobile unit programs for a wide variety of groups – primarily underserved youth, but also for adult and mainstream participants.

The Program Coordinator provides facilitation and coordination of all aspects of a program including and not limited to: program planning and preparation, group contact, logistics, facilitation, and other functional programming pieces, while always focusing on safety, highest level of industry standards, and unconditional positive regard for the participants to ensure implementation and success. Programming varies dependent on the partnership and can include: Camps, Retreats, Longitudinal Programming, Challenge Course, Equine-Assisted Learning, Mobile Units, Environmental Education, and Outdoor Adventure programs.
