LAC is thrilled to host our third year of YogaFit Workshops here in the heart of the Bluegrass! For over 22 years, YogaFit has been educating teachers, enthusiasts and professionals. As a small privately held women-owned and operated company, they are committed to integrity, transformation and quality education. They have a strong, connected community of over 250,000 people worldwide. YogaFit focuses on pragmatic innovation, karma yoga and higher purpose learning with people first.

YogaFit holds over one thousand trainings and 15 Mind Body Fitness Conferences each year worldwide. YogaFit trainings can be found in fitness clubs, universities, wellness centers and on military bases. Life Adventure Center proudly integrates YogaFit experiences into our trauma recovery camps and retreats.
YogaFit’s Warrior program was created in 2013 and continues to be the gold standard model of trauma sensitive yoga. YogaFit works with first responders, the US and Canadian Military and Veterans.
Open to instructors, enthusiasts, medical practitioners, teachers, and mental health professionals. YogaFit allows you to grow your practice and grow yourself, while moving at your own pace through our modular system. YogaFit Trainings are also perfect for yoga enthusiasts that want to deepen their personal practice. Practitioners of all lineages can benefit from taking one of our 50 different educational sessions. We have a wide variety of specialty tracks ranging from fitness and athletic based to mental health and therapeutic yoga.
You have the option to attend all twelve days of the retreat or take any of the individual workshops, all of which count toward certification.

Needing time to relax and recharge after your travels? Arrive Saturday evening between 4:00p-6:00p for dinner, a fire, and s’mores to recharge before your training begins.
Sunday, November 8, 2020:
Join us after training and dinner, for a Dream Circle Workshop and fire with Shaye. Come learn what important things are happening in your brain in your dreams, the different kinds of dreams and how to interpret and use your dreams to explore your life in new ways and find a greater creative flow!
Monday, November 9, 2020:
Join us after training for an Equine Vaulting Class with Lauren. Equestrian sport requires some serious focus! We will warm up and practice our poses on a barrel and then challenge ourselves to find the balance and confidence to practice these poses on our wonderful equine companions.
Tuesday, November 10, 2020:
Join us during an extended lunch break to concentrate, clear your mind, and take aim, with our strengths-based archery session with Naomi. Fire and s’mores will be provided in the evening after dinner.
Wednesday, November 11, 2020:
Join us in honoring our veterans in a special ceremony during an extended lunch break.
Thursday, November 12, 2020:
Join us around the fire after training in a Mala Making Workshop as we set intention and create your choice of mala bracelet or necklace.
Friday, November 13, 2020:
Are you up for a challenge? Let’s go play in the trees at our 40-ft climbing wall and zipline over a pond during an extended lunch break. You will have the opportunity to overcome and reach new heights with support from our amazing facilitators.
Saturday, November 14, 2020:
Join us during an extended lunch break to concentrate, clear your mind, and take aim, with our strengths-based Archery session with Naomi. Fire and s’mores will be provided in the evening after dinner.
Sunday, November 15, 2020:
Join Mary as she guides us through creating our own labyrinth and then to Life Adventure Center’s labyrinth. Walk with us in efforts to assist in restoring balance and inviting opportunities for reflection and introspection.
Monday, November 16, 2020:
